📦 Important Shipping & Delivery Terms
We want your experience with Spring Spa Wear to be smooth and positive from start to finish. To help ensure this, please take a moment to read the following important delivery information:
🚫 Missed Deliveries & Collection
If you're not home to receive your parcel, the courier may leave a card or send you a notification to collect it from a local depot or post office. It is your responsibility to collect your parcel in a timely manner.
If your order is not collected and is returned to Spring Spa Wear, both Aramex and Australia Post charge us a return shipping fee. In this case, you will be issued a store credit minus the return shipping cost. No exceptions.
👉 Helpful tip: If you know you won't be home during delivery hours, we recommend using an alternative address like your workplace or an Australia Post Parcel Locker to ensure smooth delivery.

We understand that shipping issues can be frustrating, and we’re always here to help where we can. However, we will not respond to aggressive or rude emails. We’re committed to respectful and professional communication and ask our customers to do the same.

Lost Orders:
For any issues regarding tracking, or lost orders, please check your email from either Sendle or Australia Post, or contact these carriers respectively as Spring Spa Wear is not liable for lost goods once we have completed dispatch.
Shipping Costs:
All shipping costs are calculated at checkout, spa bedding is calculated as a “bulky item” and therefore will be priced accordingly.
Backorders:
Any items that are classified as back order (you will know this as part of checkout) will be delivered within 21 -28 business days.
