Refund policy

👚 Uniform Return Conditions

To ensure hygiene and quality for all our customers, we do not accept returns of uniforms that have been worn, washed, or returned with makeup, deodorant marks, stains, or any signs of use.

If an item is returned to us in an unsellable condition, it will be sent back to you, and the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

Please try on garments carefully and avoid wearing makeup or deodorant when doing so to keep items in returnable condition.

We understand that shipping issues can be frustrating, and we’re always here to help where we can. However, we will not respond to aggressive or rude emails. We’re committed to respectful and professional communication and ask our customers to do the same.

Return for store credit:

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, however we will offer you a store credit provided the below process is followed. Store credit is not redeemable for cash.

When buying our fabrics from our fabric suppliers, dye can and will vary by 10% to 15%.
Spring Spa Wear cannot prevent this from occurring and will not accept returns due to slight colour variations.

How to Return a product for store credit: 

1. Visit our website and click on the returns portal. https://returns.springspawear.com.au

2. Return the item within 14 days, in clean, unworn, resell-able condition, with no embroidery or alterations. If the uniform is sent back with make up it will be returned to you. Send back in a folded neat condition. If sent back creased a laundry fee of $20 per item will be deducted from the store credit as it needs to be re-sellable.

3. Post to: Spring Spa Wear PO BOX 1139, Ashmore City, 4214, QLD
Buyer is responsible for paying for return postage. Be sure to send with a tracking number. Spring Spa Wear are not responsible for any lost parcels.

Once the item has been received we will email you with your new store credit.

We are unable to issue a store credit until the item has been received back to our packing centre.

We do not offer exchanges or returns on the below:

  • sale items
  • pedicure bowls
  • spa accessories, signs etc
  • spa bed linen
  • gowns & headbands

We are unable to cancel orders once the order has been confirmed.

Lost Orders:

For any issues regarding tracking, or lost orders, please check your email from either Sendle or Australia Post, or contact these carriers respectively as Spring Spa Wear is not liable for lost goods once we have completed dispatch.

Shipping Costs:

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout, spa bedding is calculated as a “bulky item” and therefore will be priced accordingly. You have the choice of Australia post express or sendle for Australian orders.

International orders are all send with Australia post.

Backorders:

Any items that are classified as back order (you will know this as part of checkout) will be delivered within 21-28 business days.
