Frequently Asked Question's
Where Are The Spring Spa Wear Uniforms Made?
All of our uniform range is ethically sourced and made right here in Brisbane, Australia. Spring Spa Wear help employ a team of Australian women for manufacturing every year, that's 18 years of supporting Australian manufacture.
What Fabric Do Spring Spa Wear Use?
Micro stretch is a new fabric developed by Spring Spa Wear to meet the specific demands of the spa, beauty & medical industries. We have spent extensive hours researching the fabric needs of each industry and have produced a product of exceptional quality. The fabric we use at Spring Spa Wear has a luxurious look and feel, while incorporating all the practical requirements needed to keep the wearer cool and comfortable. Not to mention, you’ll also look like a million bucks!
The fabric is woven using a light, ultra-fine microfibre yarn, mixed with a small amount of elastane (Lycra). The microfibre gives the fabric its softness, durability and drape, while the elastane adds a small amount of stretch both ways to ensure the garments are extremely comfortable to wear during an active working day. The microfibre also helps to keep the shape of each product.
This unique fabric washes extremely well in cold water and needs no ironing. It comes out of the washing machine looking brand new! It naturally dries quickly but it can be tumble dried on a cool setting, if necessary. If you do wish to iron, please use a low setting.
Care has been taken to ensure that the fabric will not pill. It is moderately resistant to bleach and has a shrinkage rate of less than 2% over the life of the product. The fabric is pre-shrunk, fade resistant and long wearing.
When buying our fabrics from our fabric suppliers, dye lots can and will vary by 10%- 15%. Spring Spa Wear cannot avoid this from occurring and will not accept returns due to slight colour variations.
We don’t send out fabric swatches, however, we suggest you order one or two uniforms to determine the correct style, size and colour for you try.
If the uniform is kept in clean, re-sellable condition (returns policy viewable here) and returned to us within 21 days, we can issue a gift card and you can use the value towards an exchange.
Are Spring Spa Wear Uniforms Bleach Resistant?
All of the uniforms included in our “Signature Range” are bleach-resistant in the black colour, with the exception of our Scrubs. They are also colour-resistant in the lighter colours too, this makes them perfect for the hairdressing industry and other spa and beauty professionals that need to use bleaches or dyes frequently!
Like all our garments, be sure to wipe the product off as soon as practicable and wash them that day.
