Terms and Conditons

 

Ordering

Ordering is simple and can be done online, by fax or by emailing our office.  An order form must be completed to ensure the correct information is provided so your order is supplied correctly.  

Fax orders to 07 30365560,  email orders to leannespring01@bigpond.com or shop online at www.springspawear.com.au. For assistance call the office on 1300858808.

One invoice is issued for each purchase, one payment per order. We do not issue individual invoices for staff. No refund or exchange on special orders.

Payments

All prices include GST.  Orders must be paid for in full prior to goods being dispatched.

Payment options are; credit card- visa or Mastercard- an additional surcharge of 2.5% on all credit card transactions.

Delivery 

Spring Spa uses Australia post registered parcel system with insurance.  Your signature will be required on delivery.

Items in stock will be delivered within 48 hours with receipt of order and full payment. For out of stock items or special orders please allow 6-8 weeks, contact the office for stock availability. 

 

Sizing

Please refer to our sizing chart. Our garments are made to standard Australian sizes 6 - 24.

Plus sizes 20 - 24 are available at an additional $15.00 per garment. When buying a tunic ask yourself what size do I normally wear? This is the best guide. Our pants are cut for comfort & movement so we recommend you move up one size, eg, if you normally wear a size 10 pants order a size 12 in our pants.

Returning Goods 

Garments can be exchanged by returning to Spring Spa Wear.

All returns must be returned new in original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed. Any items sent back dirty will be charged at $15.00 per item for drycleaning. Goods must be sent back in a re-sellable condition.

 

Goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery with details of required style size and colour for the exchange.

No refunds available for orders over $500. If you are purchasing for several staff we suggest you purchase a trial size range of under $500.00 to establish size suitability.

 

Important- ensure correct fabric, fit & colour before embroidering garments as no returns or exchange will be accepted on any items that have been embroidered.

 

We suggest australia post registered mail for accountability. We regret we are unable to accept liability for goods lost in transit back to us. 

 

Absolutely no exchanges or refunds can be accepted for any reason later than 30 calender days from your invoice date.  All returns will incur a 10% restocking fee when returned within 30 days.

 

A laundry fee of $20 per item will be charged to any marked garment.

 

Spring spa wear will not accept  'return to sender parcels'.

 

Uniform Care & Maintenance  

Spring Spa wear have developed a contemporary uniform range for style and comfort. Our uniforms require appropriate care. Be kind to your uniforms and they will look great for longer. Any repairs due to customer incorrect care or washing will be based on the decision of Spring Spa wear.

Spring Spa Wear garments are distinctive and all designs in our range are subject to copyright and must not be copied.  

 

 

Spring Spa Wear will take legal action against any parties if it is believed that a breach of its international property has taken place.
